A holiday for each and everyone:
We pay special attention to food intolerance by removing from a dish any ingredient that a guest states they are allergic to (for example: gluten, eggs, dairy products, pepper , hazelnuts, kiwis, etc) The celiac products we purchase come from authorized shops and we always make sure our guest is told the brand name too.
The chef cooks the dishes for celiac sufferers separately using special pans and saucepans. Guests with food allergies read our daily menu options and then together we try to see if it is possible to make the same dishes without the ingredients they are allergic to, basically by replacing these with the most suitable alternatives to achieve a tasty and healthy meal.
